I know my Mintage Monday posts have been a little sporadic lately, but I’ve still got more in me! I promise!
Today’s entry is another one of my favorite sets of bespoke coins, this set from Tasty Minstrel’s Deluxified version of Orleans!
The team over at Tasty Minstrel genuinely understands the importance of tactility in board games, and has a great grasp on which components benefit the most from “deluxification”.
The metal coins in Orleans are fantastic, about the same size and weight as the coins from Viticulture. They look exactly like their punchboard counterparts, and are one of many awesome upgrades to Orleans!
